We were not as lucky doing business with this company. My daughter was recently married and ordered flowers from Miami Garden Florist. She did not get the product she ordered and the flowers were soaked and soggy from sitting in too much water. My daughter attempted to contacted them to see if they could resolve this and called me back after her contact with them and was very upset. I decided to call them myself to find the owner and report the abusive behavior. What happened next was really disturbing. I called Miami Garden Florist and spoke to Steve Costin to address this. He was so rude on the phone that I could not believe it. He said some very disturbing things that were abusive and threatening. He proceeded to tell me that he had my phone number on caller id and knew how to find me. I find this to be an unexceptable way to conduct business not to mention extremely disturbing.
