I called this florist because I read good reviews and did not know anyone in that area. I really don't like ordering via FTD and having them send the same bland boring non-creative (inside the box) arrangements. I suggested a couple of things and sent photos of arrangements I liked. Although I did not see the end result, I am confident they did exactly what I wanted and Steve was super accommodating. They are very appreciative of your business and they send a thank you note after the order is placed. They also e-mailed me a copy of the invoice showing how much my credit card was charged. I would recommend them in a heartbeat,
