Best Florist in Town, No Question 4/28/2009

MGF is absolutely the best florist I have ever used. Their arrangements are spectacular, and I always feel that they give me a great value for my dollar. They have always appreciated my business, even when the economy was booming and they had lots of orders more expensive than mine. Pros: Beautiful work and great value Cons: None at all more

Extraordinarily Reliable 2/27/2009

I've been in business in South Florida for over 30 years, during which time I have had numerous occasions to send (and some to receive) floral arrangements. Of all the florists, whether local or not, Miami Gardens stand head and shoulders above any others I've seen. In fact, when I send something from them, before even saying 'Thanks', the recipient wants to about the florist. Miami Gardens' work always makes me look good. more

Spectacular Floral Designs 2/10/2009

The Chairman of our company has lived in Hollywood Beach for many years and has businesses in Pennsylvania, one of them involving greenhouses. He has never seen a rose more beautiful than the ones from Miami Gardens. While in Florida he insists on Miami Gardens Florist. One other time I mistakenly used another florist and he knew immediately that it was not produced by Miami Gardens Florist. The roses are breathtaking and exciting bursting with dynamic color. Not to mention they last for an exceptionally long period of time. The floral arrangements are nothing short of works of art. If that wasn't enough, the designers are always warm and they make it a point to personalize the call and they have a listing of every arrangement I've sent. Superb customer service! My only complaint would be that there is not a Miami Gardens Florist in Pennsylvania! Miami Gardens is the obvious choice to make! Pros: Spectacular Arrangements more

Great Product, Excellent Service and Caring Owner 2/5/2009

I've used Miami Garden Florist three times over the past year. Each time the delivery was when promised and the product was as described or better. But that's not why I'm writing this review. Yesterday, I ordered a chocolate basket for my daughter. Steve, the owner, took my order. The basket was delivered as promised and my daughter was extremely pleased except for one item that she cannot eat. I neglected to tell Steve to omit the item and my wife was not happy. Steve took it upon himself to 'make it right' even though he did nothing wrong. He responded by sending my daughter a complimentary gift. It was a very nice gesture. That kind of caring about customer satisfaction is rare indeed. Call Steve. He'll exceed your expectations. Pros: Superior customer service. more

Very Friendly Staff! Beautiful Flowers! 11/3/2008

I recently purchased my very first orchid to start my collection. I was very nervous because I have a habit of killing my plants. The staff was very knowledgeable and was very thorough in explaining to me how to care for it. When I came back to pick it up they had it decorated so beautifully for me, I was so excited! It looks gorgeous in my home and look forward to going back for more! Pros: Great customer service! Beautiful flowers! Cons: None. more

Fabulous flower shop 10/24/2006

I live in California and wanted to send a really great arrangement to a friend in Miami. I don't like using national chains since you never know what you are going to get. I found Miami Gardens and was able to talk to a real person who helped me create a fantastic arrangement that I was really proud to give! A great local choice that I highly reccomend! more

Best Florist I've Ever Used!!!!!!!!! Won't use Another!!! 10/16/2006

I've been using this florist for over ten years and HAVE NEVER BEEN DISASSPOINTED!!! I've moved three times and still use them as my ""local"" florist because THEY ARE THE BEST!!! The flowers they use are fresh and beautiful, the customer service is attentive and personal and their prices are what I need them to be. If you are looking for a top notch florist, use Miami Gardens Florist and you will keep coming back --just like me. more

They are one of the best florists in Miami. The owners couldn't be nicer. They work with you to help you get what you want within your budget. I have been using them for over 10 years and have never, I MEAN NEVER, been disappointed by them. Anytime I want to send flowers to my friends in other states, I use them as well - and I am always amazed by the quality of service they provide - even when they aren't making the sale for themselves. Beautiful arrangements 10/15/2006

They have interesting and gorgeous arrangements of the freshest flowers. Sometimes when you phone in an order, instead of showing up in the store, some florists will not use top quality. Not this shop, it's always fresh and beautiful. And the owners are sweet! I recommend them. more

I used to live in Miami and have since moved to Los Angeles and then NY. I have used Miami Gardens for many many years and have continued to rely on them even though I no longer live in the area. They never cease to amaze me with their timely deliveries and gorgeous arrangements. A++++++++ no need to look any further, this is your place!!!!! more

Best florist in Miami. Owners are exceptional. I have been using Miami Gardens for quite some time. I was married in Miami and they did the most beautiful wedding ever. The flowers were unbelievable and every single guest raved about the arrangements. They are still talking about the wedding. MG also helped keep my wedding going and I never had to worry b/c they had it covered. They learned my taste and delivered well beyond my expectations. I will use them forever!!! Pros: Able to get me flowers I wanted within my budget and any additional items such as candles, etc. more

A perfect 10. Even living in Los Angeles, Miami Gardens is my favorite. They are the best--hands down and that is no small part to the terrific staff, excellent service and gorgeous flowers with creative arrangements. Anyone who answers the phone with ""the answer is yes, what's your question"" is not only working for a business with a great attitude, but also for an operation that gets that the customer is always right. I've been using Miami Gardens for more than a decade--they consistently rock. Pros: Friendly service, top notch flowers, always willing to go above and beyond. Cons: None. more
