We had a very good experience 7/29/2010

Chuck, our sales representative was fair, honest, and very easy to talk with when purchasing our vehicle. In the past when purchasing vehicles we have had some unpleasant experiences therefore this was nice to have had a good experience. This is the third new Mercedes that I've purchased from Gregg and each experience has felt like I am visiting with an old friend. The best salesman anyone could expect 7/21/2010

I live on the westside... so I went to Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted.... I was there 45 minutes and nobody said a word to me... no one said hi, can I help you, nothing... Went back to Mercedes Benz of Bedford... already bought 2 cars from them... and I was treated like a king... Gregg was my salesman on all 3 purchases... he is the best salesman anyone could expect... His knowledge and honesty is second to none... It is a shame I had to drive 15 extra miles to buy my car but at least Mercedes Benz of Bedford makes it worth my time and money. more

This is our second vehicle from MB Bedford 7/15/2010

Greg was polite, knowledgeable about the product and efficient with both selection and delivery of our vehicle. Jeff of service, and the MB Bedford service department is another reason why we come back to MB Bedford. The experiences we had with our Jaguar dealership were not satisfactory. Even though we liked our Jaguar cars, the dealership and particularly service were a significant deterrent from going back to another Jaguar. This is our second S Class from MB Bedford, and I suspect it won't be our last. more
