Greg was polite, knowledgeable about the product and efficient with both selection and delivery of our vehicle. Jeff of service, and the MB Bedford service department is another reason why we come back to MB Bedford. The experiences we had with our Jaguar dealership were not satisfactory. Even though we liked our Jaguar cars, the dealership and particularly service were a significant deterrent from going back to another Jaguar. This is our second S Class from MB Bedford, and I suspect it won't be our last.
