HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! 8/6/2010

Went in to buy a new car. Got my car appraised and they seriously low-balled me on the offer. Of course, I was offended at their blatant attempt to RIP ME OFF, so I asked to know how they came to their conclusion on the dollar amount for my trade. The sales manager ""Bobby"" came out and was very aggressive and rude with me while explaining how ""bad"" my trade was. I began to calmly question him about his explanation, and he got very aggressive and told me ""DON'T TALK TO ME LIKE THAT! YOU NEED TO CALM YOUR VOICE DOWN!"", because he didn't like the questions I was asking. I looked at him like he was crazy, because I wasn't even raising my voice at all. How dare he tell me to ""calm my voice down""?! I immediately asked for the keys to my car, and told him I was leaving at once. I told him I will NOT be talked to like that. He quickly walked away from me, and then came back in a VERY aggressive manner, and slapped the keys into my hand and turned and walked away. As I was leaving, I overheard him saying very rude things about me to his fellow sales managers in the manager's office. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU WHATSOEVER!!!! THEY ARE CON ARTISTS, AND IF YOU CALL THEM OUT ON IT, THEY'LL GET VERY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE! more

They sent my car to an auction while they lent me a vehicule for the weekend to test drive it. When I came back on Monday my car was gone to be sold to an auction. I t had been misplaced during the weekend. When I got it back 30 minutes later, all my belongings lefts were gone as well as my stereo. Luckily my stuff was still at the dealership. Back at the dealership, Robert Burgett the GSM, didn't aplogize for the inconvenience and was reluctant to re-install the stereo the same day. After arguing he said it was possible but didn't do a thing to make it happen. When I mentionned that I had already wasted a lot of time, he started to be very rude, agressive and verbaly violent. His attitude was so unrespecteful that I can't believe that a man like that could still be in business, He doesn't care about customer, just money. I will never go back there, and If you are looking for a place to buy/ try peace in mind AVOID it too. Pros: go there if you want to be insulted Cons: rude, agressive, verbally vioent more

I don' t know what everyone has to be so mad about. I worked with Alex, and he was GREAT!! Yes, it takes forever to buy a car; but that was the only thing that I could even try to complain about. I started by researching online, and when I wrote in for a quote he got back to me in record time. Not only was he courteous, but he gave me exactly what I wanted. He gave me a QUOTE. He didn't jerk me around with the "come in and we'll talk about it." I live in Houston, and I have many choices, but it only took one email from each of the dealers I asked for a quote from for me to choose Clear Lake. When I walked in I wasn't hassled by another salesperson pretending to be "looking for Alex," I was introduced right away. He took a lot of time trying to figure out exactly which vehicle would meet my needs, and by the test drive I was in love. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone! Pros: Great customer service Cons: time consuming more

Absolutely Atrocious Customer Service 8/11/2009

The dealership backed out on a deal that my dad and I had separately checked on with salesmen. We did all the paperwork, test drove the car and had the key in our hands when they told us the deal wasn't possible. Understandingly, we were frustrated and called them out on their behavior. They never apologized and instead the manager was aggressive towards us. After some negotiation, he told me to shut up and which point my dad told him to give us our documents - we were leaving. He crumpled them up and threw them at my dad. My dad moved in his way to grab them and he threatened to knock out my dad if he touched him again. My mom jumped in the middle and he pushed her out of the way and walked off with half our documents. Eventually he gave them back but after back-and-forth yelling in the showroom. The manager seriously needs some anger management classes if he pretends to continue to hold his job. I'm still in disbelief. Pros: None Cons: Barbaric manager, uninformed salesmen more

Worst customer service 2/23/2009

I bought a 2008 Nissan from these guys last Monday. When I got home one of the wheel covers was missing. On Tuesday another wheel cover went missing. I spoke with the used car manager, Robert Burkett, and he was very rude and arrogant. He refused to replace the wheel covers and told me his mind was made up and I would not change it. He even told me that my daughter probably ran on a curb and caused them to fall off which was not what happened at all. He even told me that I should go buy some new wheel covers. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. Customer service is non existent once you sign on the dotted line! I only gave one star because I didn't have the option for none. Pros: Got a good deal on the car. Cons: No customer service once the contract was signed. more
