I recently purchased a new Mazda 6, and absolutely love it. The staff at Mazda of Clear Lake is knowledgable, friendly, and extremely easy to work with. I shopped two other local Mazda dealers, and was disappointed by the treatment I received at the other dealerships. I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle at Mazda of Clear Lake. more

I bought my Mazda CX-9 at Mazda of Clear Lake 2 years ago and had a wonderful experience during that process. Everyone was professional and helpful while I was shopping the market for the best value. Now, I have been servicing both of my Mazda's there for several years. The Service Department is second to none. They provide me with Free Oil Changes and Free Loaner Vehicles when I bring my vehicle in. In my opinion, I would recommend Mazda of Clear Lake to my friends and family. more

The staff at Mazda of Clear Lake were great to deal with. They were extremely knowledgeable about the different vehicles I looked at and I felt no pressure(which is a nice treat that was different than other dealerships I have previously done business with). This was my first big purchase on my own. I had a great experience. David my sells guy stayed with me every step of the way. Explained things in detail and answered any questions I had. They didn't make me feel rushed or had to buy that day. All around the customer service is excellent. more

Mazda of Clearlake... WARNING!!!!!!! Think twice before you take your vehicle for service, I had A very bad experince. Service Advicer Name Bryan Price, never return my phone calls, keep you in the dark, never know whats going on with the vehicle, I have to chase him down to see whats going on. took my Vehicle in 5/28/12 didnt recieve until week and half later. No wonder mazda of clear lake losing there customer becuase of the service. Only reason I went to clear lake was closer to my resident and give them a try. BAD IDEA!! I should of take it to I 10 area. Great pple! Great service!. Clearlake lost my respect how they run there service department. Bryan Price should step down from Assistant manager to a Assistant Potter. he dont know how to take care of the CUSTOMER! I Thank all the Mechanics who service my vehicle, car runs great!! as to Bryan Price. U SUCKS!!! never again going back to clear lake!!!!! more

They make you feel all warm and fuzzy when you buy a new car, and then they don't take care of you or your car. Very disappointed. Have had much better experiences at other dealerships. more

Rude and Unprofessional 7/2/2011

I just called them and they were absolutely rude to me. I got a deal on a certified pre-owned Mazda3 i from another dealer. Then, I saw an ad in the mail from Mazda of Clear Lake which was about a month old on my table. I decided maybe I should call Clear Lake up. The new Mazda3 s deal that they were offering was similar to the cost of the used Mazda3 i. Even though it was a downgrade, a new car would be better than a used one. I called and mentioned the ad. I figured the starting price was for the standard and went up from there. He was like that doesn't exist and told me in a really rude tone, "Are you sure it was Clear Lake because we don't have that." Yes, I am sure. I was looking at the ad. Then, he later told me in a condescending way what the prices of the other models were. Oh yeah, and he transfered me to the manager. They all acted like I was wasting their time. Thanks for saving me the trip down there. I will take my business somewhere else. more

Avoid this place or ask beforehand for defects before buying 6/27/2011

I was in the market for a Camry and saw an ad this dealer published on Autotrader. The car looked ok, but upon closer examination, we were able to find a couple of defects. They agreed to fix it for $300. We were ok with that, however they failed to disclose that the car only had one key and that they we not going to provide a spare. For me, that is a safety concern. That's another $200. Additionally, the inside of the car was dirty and so was the outside. They told us that they would do it if we waited like an hour. If they knew we were coming to pick it up, why not just have it ready? Like the other reviewer stated, "once you sign, they stop caring". We are planning on buying another car in the near future; we are not going back to this place. People that don't disclose all pertaining information about a sales are LIARS. I do not tolerate LIARS. more

Nicole is a Scam Stay away! STAY AWAY from Mazda ofClearLake 3/4/2011

NICOLE Clear Lake Auto Finance.....SCAM I have the same story as the person who posted on Nov 23rd of 2010, someone name NICOLE CALLED and SAID AM APPROVED with 0 DOWN and upto 8% interest RATE LOLOLOL NOW I FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT when I went there I did not see anyone name NICOLE another saleperson came and we filled out paper works to verify information and then he came out ooooooooooo YOU R APPROVED BUT WITH 22% interest rate and 2500 DOWN WHAT A SCAM STAY AWAY they are bunch of LIARS at this Dealer Ship. WE DROVE 40miles each way also and when got there we received this....................VERY POOR Customer Services and No Consideration for people. RUDE..............VERY RUDE............. SHould be 0 Star rating more

My family just recently purchased a car from Clear Lake Mazda to replace a family car that was in a wreck. The staff was very friendly and their attention to detail was better than we could ask for. The car was ready and waiting when we got there to pick it up, and we could not be happier with our purchase! more

Professionalism! 2/9/2011

I recently went to Clear lake mazda to have my vehicle serviced. The attention to detail by every staff member was top notch. I was extremely pleased with the work and will have the comfort knowing that my car was treated by technicians that are at the top of their game. more
