I was in the market for a Camry and saw an ad this dealer published on Autotrader. The car looked ok, but upon closer examination, we were able to find a couple of defects. They agreed to fix it for $300. We were ok with that, however they failed to disclose that the car only had one key and that they we not going to provide a spare. For me, that is a safety concern. That's another $200. Additionally, the inside of the car was dirty and so was the outside. They told us that they would do it if we waited like an hour. If they knew we were coming to pick it up, why not just have it ready? Like the other reviewer stated, ""once you sign, they stop caring"". We are planning on buying another car in the near future; we are not going back to this place. People that don't disclose all pertaining information about a sales are LIARS. I do not tolerate LIARS.
