Went in to buy a new car. Got my car appraised and they seriously low-balled me on the offer. Of course, I was offended at their blatant attempt to RIP ME OFF, so I asked to know how they came to their conclusion on the dollar amount for my trade. The sales manager ""Bobby"" came out and was very aggressive and rude with me while explaining how ""bad"" my trade was. I began to calmly question him about his explanation, and he got very aggressive and told me ""DON'T TALK TO ME LIKE THAT! YOU NEED TO CALM YOUR VOICE DOWN!"", because he didn't like the questions I was asking. I looked at him like he was crazy, because I wasn't even raising my voice at all. How dare he tell me to ""calm my voice down""?! I immediately asked for the keys to my car, and told him I was leaving at once. I told him I will NOT be talked to like that. He quickly walked away from me, and then came back in a VERY aggressive manner, and slapped the keys into my hand and turned and walked away. As I was leaving, I overheard him saying very rude things about me to his fellow sales managers in the manager's office.
I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU WHATSOEVER!!!! THEY ARE CON ARTISTS, AND IF YOU CALL THEM OUT ON IT, THEY'LL GET VERY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE!
