They sent my car to an auction while they lent me a vehicule for the weekend to test drive it. When I came back on Monday my car was gone to be sold to an auction. I t had been misplaced during the weekend. When I got it back 30 minutes later, all my belongings lefts were gone as well as my stereo. Luckily my stuff was still at the dealership. Back at the dealership, Robert Burgett the GSM, didn't aplogize for the inconvenience and was reluctant to re-install the stereo the same day. After arguing he said it was possible but didn't do a thing to make it happen. When I mentionned that I had already wasted a lot of time, he started to be very rude, agressive and verbaly violent. His attitude was so unrespecteful that I can't believe that a man like that could still be in business, He doesn't care about customer, just money. I will never go back there, and If you are looking for a place to buy/ try peace in mind AVOID it too. Pros: go there if you want to be insulted Cons: rude, agressive, verbally vioent more
