Extraordinary Service, 8/29/2010

Maxwell found us an apartment in Rittenhouse Square when no one else could. We needed special attention, we got it and more. At two or three points our deal was about to fall through and the Maxwell staff rose to the occasion. Highly recommend them. more

perfect apartment!! 8/25/2010

after finding previous apartments on craigslist, i was curious to see what working with a realtor was like after finding out it was at no cost to me!! my agent was christine and she was GREAT, she explained to me how everything works and found all of these apartments for me to look at in all different areas of the city that i liked - rittenhouse, old city, and northern liberties. i ended up finding the perfect 1 bedroom in northern liberties!! thank you so much!! more

oldcity loft apartment 8/19/2010

THANKYOU, to all of the help, and persistance of MAXWELLREALTY GROUP. Enen in this bad rconomy i found myself in a bidding war over this amazing loft. if it was not for the guidance pace and skill of Nancy alperin, inaddition to her fantastic assistant, i would have lost my dream apartment, but she worked her magic&i got a value even in a bidding war. am still not shure how she did it, but im forever gratefull. MY self and partner everyday are enjoying our home and community. shes a class into herself. more

Absolutely horrendous...!!! 7/20/2010

This by far has to be the worst group of so-called professional individuals that i have ever come across in the 5+ countries i have lived in. They have no concept of customer service...and are all very rude, and maybe prejudice. Do yourself a big favor and stay clear of them....there are by far more professional enterprises and quite frankly just more decent human beings you can deal with in the greater Philadelphia area. more

Maxwell Realty Company is the worst. They are very unprofessional and rude and were always late. The agents size you up by how much money they think you have and where you come from. I would never sell or rent a property I own with this company. more

happy child-happy parent 6/22/2010

My son will be attending the Wharton School this fall, and like any parent I was concerned about where he was planning on living. Receiving a call from him that he had found the perfect apartment at 18th and Chestnut Street in Philadelphhia, I was not so shure. My angst was eleviated in about 10 seconds when I not only saw the apartment, but met with Ms. Alperin to review the lease. We then began an indepth dialogue over my ability to purchase the apartment my son was renting, and from a tax standpoint and even estate planning I was better off buying!!!. Well just a month or so later I have purchased this apartment, and yes my monthly mortgage payment is less than the rent, Ms. Alperin's ability to assess my situation was brilliant! more

exceptional sales force-quick sale 6/15/2010

selling in this environment isnt easy, but the Maxwell team has me out of my "hard" sell in 6 weeks from the sign going up and me walking down the street to my new rental. I was told by the other "experts" that i would never sell my house. Nancy Alperin strode in, told me what to do, so my house showed better and the rest is history. she and her group, well my hats off to them more

I HAVE TO wite a letter of thanks to Maxwell Realty Management Company for their persistance,dedication and hard work. IN this "recession" all of my apartments and condominiums which I own are leased!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and to make it even better my rents are up by an average of 3.5%!!! more

the biggest purchase of my life 6/1/2010

when i decided to buy my first home, i was recommended to maxwell reality company.the service,dedication, professionalism and sheer desire to makeshure that everything was beyond ok it was 5 star i had a verry complicated fha mortgage due to all my student loans, but Nancy stayed ontop of my deal at all xs i will ewcommende maxwell realty to all of my new coworkers. the biggest purchase of my life felt verry easy when i now look back maxwell reality is super! more

If you are looking to rent or purchase save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. Christine, Nancy and Amanda are extremely rude and arrogant. Their customer service is horrendous - they definitely have a lot to learn but they are oblivious to this fact - and they need to stop leaving fake reviews on the internet for their business - Maxwell Realty Philadelphia sucks. more

The owner/agents (Nancy Alperin, Christine Bonano etc) are so unprofessional. I'm not even sure they are properly liscenced. They clearly don't know what they are doing. After an experience that was a complete waste of my time, I will say this - BEWARE - they will make you loose business. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. more

estate sale 2/24/2010

Inhereting a home my siblingings and myself thought would take forever to sell, actually turned into a 60 day cycle. We all beleive in the internet and thats why we are writing this posting to let the cyber world know how professional MaxwellRealty Group treated us and sold our family home verry quickly. I have leased all apatrments all over the world, and would rate Maxwell Realty Management as one of the easiest and most user friendly leasing establishments I have ever come in contact with. My apartment was immaculate, flowers were on my kitchen counter with a welcome note and map, and the elevator was reserved for me. What lovely service. more

100 % occupied Apartments 2/11/2010

I would recommend Maxwell Realty Management to anyone that has a vacant apartment in Philadelphia. 4 months ago I had 8 vacant apartments out of 30 units.This was killing my income. At the doctors office I struck up a conversation with a man in the waiting room who said that Maxwell Realty rents out his units verry quickly, and I should give them a try. I called Maxwell Realty the next day, met with a property manager, she went over my units with me, went to look at my units, gave me realistic pricing, and I had a sense of confidence that the job would get done. Within 2 months I had all 8 apartments rented, that had sat vacant with another "big" company for 6 months Maxwell Realty Management company pays all my bills, handles any issues, and I can now relax They are super more

Rittenhouse Square Apartment Funny Story 2/11/2010

Whom ever said that business could not be done frrom 32,000 feet up in the air has not met Nancy Alperin! About a month ago on a flight from Tampa to Phila, I was looking at a list of apartments for rent, and discussing each listing with my friend. Nancy was sitting infront of me, overheard my conversation and asked if she could give me any suggestions. 800 miles and 3 days later I was about to sign a lease for a apartment i fell in love with at The Belgravia. Nancy knew from just listening to me what i wanted. Glad we both flew us air that day. more

I am happy to find Maxwell Realty they know the city and the mainline I could not decide where i wanted to live at first , and was show 9 properties in town and 11 on the mainline After carefull anaylsis with Nancy, I was able to make the best decision for my lifestyle and budget it was easy, fun and rewarding From what I hear not many agents can cover both areas and or know the areas, Nancy does. shes pleasant to deal with , upbeat, and really wanted to help me. more

All closing costs paid for in OldCity Condo 2/6/2010

Maxwell Realty &their preferred lender TD bank just saved me $12,000 in closing costs I settled on my $300,000 condo at 4th and Cherry st , and all i had to pay for were prepaid escrows & capital contribution So not only did I get a great deal,cool place, but I had what I feel is wasted money, was all apid for.
