Maxwell Realty &their preferred lender TD bank just saved me $12,000 in closing costs
I settled on my $300,000 condo at 4th and Cherry st , and all i had to pay for were prepaid escrows & capital contribution
So not only did I get a great deal,cool place, but I had what I feel is wasted money, was all apid for.
