I would recommend Maxwell Realty Management to anyone that has a vacant apartment in Philadelphia.
4 months ago I had 8 vacant apartments out of 30 units.This was killing my income.
At the doctors office I struck up a conversation with a man in the waiting room who said that Maxwell Realty rents out his units verry quickly, and I should give them a try. I called Maxwell Realty the next day, met with a property manager, she went over my units with me, went to look at my units, gave me realistic pricing, and I had a sense of confidence that the job would get done.
Within 2 months I had all 8 apartments rented, that had sat vacant with another "big" company for 6 months
Maxwell Realty Management company pays all my bills, handles any issues, and I can now relax
