The service advisers did a great job explaining what needed to be done to my vehicle, and what could wait till after the busy holiday season.

Worst

Engine check light was on when I brought car in and they did not say anything about it during their overall check of car.

Very thorough, check my entire car for only an oil change. 3/4/2014

I've been impressed by the oil changes I've had how thorough your mechanic staff have been in checking every part of my car, and provided me with a full and detailed piece of paper informing me of vulnerabilities. Thanks Matt more

I only went into Matt's for an oil change, but their service was amazing. Their mechanics were quick and thorough, and I truly appreciated how they did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. Even the few services that they recommended were not presented in a forceful, persuading way but rather as advice. more

Great Service on my Astro Start! 2/18/2014

Matt was more than willing to help me figure out what the issues were with my Astro Start. It had become extremely frustrating since I had already brought my Mazda 3 in several times since I got the Astro Start in it. Matt was able to figure out that it was an RPM issue that the Astro Start & my car weren't communicating to each other. They fixed the issue and I am extremely happy with the results! I would absolutely recommend Matt's Automotive. Everyone on the staff, from office personnel to the automotive shop staff was extremely accommodating. They truly do care & want to help you figure out your auto issues! more
