The service advisers did a great job explaining what needed to be done to my vehicle, and what could wait till after the busy holiday season.

Worst

Engine check light was on when I brought car in and they did not say anything about it during their overall check of car.

I really like how helpful everyone is here. I've taken my car here twice, at the recommendation of my home mechanic, and they do a nice job. It took longer than I would've hoped to get my vehicle back, but I'll continue going to them for service! more

On the road again 6/24/2014

During a recent breakdown in Glyndon Minnesota the tow truck driver contacted at least 10 different shops. The only one that would take a look at it was Matt's. Within 24 hours they had replaced the water pump and I was on my way. Great service! more

Brought in for oil change was ready to start when the appointment was made. Let me know about up coming issues that could be a safety concern and provided estimate. Didn't try to up sale anything just what I asked for and any additional questions I had about the recommended service. more

I was told my car would be checked by the end of the day on on June 3. I had to call daily and finally on June 5 when I called in a part had to be ordered. On June 9 still no part. Was quoted a price of $ 300 and when I went to pay price was $374 more

after inspecting my vehicle, i got a rundown of what needed fixing. I was aware of everything that was pointed out to me, including oil leak, 4 wheel drive, brakes and front end issues. they did not add one thing that i didn't already know about. They gave a me a complimentary vehicle to drive while mine was getting fixed. they didn't even ask me to refill with gas! (altho i did). Finally there is a place I can go where the people are honest mechanics and actually care about you as their customer. Rare thing! I will never go anywhere else. And I am spreading the word. more

I would not recommend this place. Matt's Automotive is not looking out for the customer or the customer's wallet. Quoted me 300 dollars for a repair, went across town and paid 100. They want your money and they want it any way possible. more

Matt's takes great care of my car without trying to pressure me into unnecessary expensive repairs like so many other shops do. When they do recommend things, they specify whether it is a necessity now or something to watch and plan for that will be needed down the road. I trust and appreciate their expertise! more
