The service advisers did a great job explaining what needed to be done to my vehicle, and what could wait till after the busy holiday season.

Worst

Engine check light was on when I brought car in and they did not say anything about it during their overall check of car.

Kindness at desk is first rate; explanation of needed car repairs; ride home while car was repaired. 7/25/2015

Car is examined closely for all current issues & issues that may arise in future. I appreciate that approach. more

I generally do not give 5's unless its after several visits. Office area well done and tasteful, comfortable and relaxing. much better than most I have been in. Many staff took time to talk with me. I felt important to them and much more than just a number or dollar. Thanks more

brought my vehicle in for an unplanned repair and they were able to get it in that day for a diagnosis and then were also able to get parts and repair it the same day! They even stayed open a little late so I could pick it up. Very appreciative of their help in getting my car back in a timely manner. THANK YOU!!! more

Customer Service at its Finest !! 5/28/2015

I have now had our cars into Matt's Auto a few times and they will continue to get our business and recommendations to friends. I appreciate how you don't leave without understanding what they did on your vehicle and other recommended service needs. Also, last time I was in the service was taking a bit longer than expected and I was offered a loaner vehicle to get my daughter to school on time. (Of course I'm sure she wouldn't have minded being late). :) more

They did only what we asked them to. They made recommendations (with estimates)but weren't pushy. Took time to explain without using jargon a non-experienced auto owner can understand. more

Cost less than original estimate 4/13/2015

I continue to love coming here. I had a broken sway bar linkage, and brought it in to have it fixed. Kevin said they'd check the other side to see if it should be replaced, too, and I gave him the OK to replace it if needed. When I picked it up (after a free ride to and from work), they had only replaced the broken one, and it was even less expensive than I was originally told as a ballpark estimate. Get to know these guys a little, treat them right, and they'll do the same! more

I can't even begin to tell you how much we appreciate the team at Matt's Automotive in Moorhead. We brought a used vehicle to them for a once over and they were able to do every single repair needed in time for us to take a 4,000 mile family vacation ROAD TRIP! The car ran like a dream and I knew we had the AC Delco warranty and the support of everybody at Matt's during our entire trip! Jamie was only a phone call away and when the oil change indicator came on after only 1,000 miles, I called him and he talked me through it. And now, thanks to the lucrative Customer Rewards Program, we can use our rebate money for oil changes or toward any future repairs. Again, I just can't give this business enough positive praise for the way they run their operation. Every single person is invested in doing what is right for the client. They go above and beyond to make sure YOU are taken care of--and that is rare in today's world. I recommend Matt's to anybody who wants honesty, integrity and excellent workmanship to be the standard in their car repair experiences. (Free coffee in the lobby is a definite perk, too!)
