The service advisers did a great job explaining what needed to be done to my vehicle, and what could wait till after the busy holiday season.

Worst

Engine check light was on when I brought car in and they did not say anything about it during their overall check of car.

Great, Honest Service. 10/2/2015

I bought at truck in early 2014 at the 100k mark, so the point it needs attention. Matt's has been great to work with in getting this vehicle to its potential. Matt has always been honest and upfront about what this truck has needed, what my best options are and has even brought back into the shop on several occasions to let me see first hand what my issues have been. My family will be life long Matt's Automotive customers. more

I would recommend Matt's to all my family and friends. They worked fast and gave me the price up front. Additionally they let me know about anything else that needed to be done in the near future and gave estimates but in no way pressured me. Loved it and will continue to use for all my vehicles. more

Great Customer Service! 9/6/2015

I was able to get my flat tire changed to a new tire in less than 1 hour when I told them I was in need of it getting done quickly! They are very nice and respectful! I'm not from around Moorhead, but they made me feel at home! more

I was very happy with the service done on my vehicle. All questions that I had asked were all answered in terms I could understand. Being an ex mechanic the terms were explained in ways a person with no auto mechanics experience would understand. I am from the generation that when I find a company I trust will do business with that company for life. Matts has acquired a new customer for life. more

High Quality, Low Cost 9/2/2015

I came in to get a remote programmed to my car. I was told it would be $15-$30, "but probably $15" depending on how long it takes. After about a half hour/45 minute wait I was chaged $36. Was quite disappointed their price quote was off by 100%, but the cost was still less than what the local GM dealer. Very friendly and courteous staff, nice waiting room. Will definitely be back for regular service as well. more

The staff person I made the appointment with was very courteous. I have had other vehicles serviced there with very good results. If anything, they are very busy and appoinments need to be scheduled in advance. That speaks for itself! more

Highly recommend Matt's 8/14/2015

Was needing fairly immediate service due to an alarming noise coming from the rear tires. I set up an appointment with their online appointment system, and received a call promptly the next morning. They got me in that day, and called back after doing a very thorough check, even though I only expected them to check the rear tires. Told me I had some other issues that needed attention, sent me a full detailed report of my car's inspection with problem areas. They were very thorough in explaining everything and did the repairs in a timely fashion. My car runs great now and will gladly go back for any service needs. more
