The service advisers did a great job explaining what needed to be done to my vehicle, and what could wait till after the busy holiday season.

Worst

Engine check light was on when I brought car in and they did not say anything about it during their overall check of car.

we love the people at matt's as they are always friendly and helpful. however i was wuoted 389 for astrostart and then was told about an added 80$ fee after the fact which I was not happy about. also we dropped off the car at 8am and they called to say it would be ready by 5 but wasnt done until 530. more

Excellent service 1/22/2014

I had the alternator on my pickup go out on the way to work. I called Matt's and they were able to fit me in and have my vehicle back to me before 5:00 the same day. Great service, great communication. more

great service! 1/22/2014

I receive great service every time I take my vehical to Matt's. This last time was slowest I have ever had, but I still received great service. Normally I have my car back in a few days and in the beginning of this shop Matt worked on my car on new years to get me going again. Since then I have been a faithful customer and intend to continue to be one! more

Good business plan in visiting with (both) Matts. Often, when a woman walks into a shop she is overlooked or ignored for a few minutes and that did not happen at Matts. Only thing I thought was if would be nice to have a 'rental' vehicle while mine is being worked on but I suppose that opens up a can of worms regarding liability. more

I have always had good service when I needed to have my car looked at. I have been told right from the start what may need fixing & how much it will cost. I feel safe behind the wheel of my car when I know its been repaired by Matt's. more

Matt's Automotive is the best!! 1/3/2014

Matt's was able to diagnose my car problem quickly and they managed to get an appointment for me as soon as was practical despite the fact that their schedule was packed solid due to all the cold weather car breakdowns. Their techs are always knowledgable and helpful and I trust that they don't try to sell me parts or services I don't need. more
