Masters Flooring Co. pulled out all the old hardwood floors and carpeting in our house, and they replaced them with new hardwood. The floors look fabulous! It was a little bit more complicated than regular floor installations because our floors were at different levels, but they came in and knew exactly what to do. The whole process was completely seamless! Different crews arrived every day, but they all were on time, professional and neat. They were clearly happy to be working with Masters, and they raved about the company. There were probably about 15 different guys who came to the house, and throughout the two weeks of the project, we were pleased to have every single one of them in our house. It was difficult being out of our house for the 14 days, but they made the best out of the circumstances by being on time, professional and sympathetic. They had excellent communication as well. Mike called me every day, or if I had to send an email, he would send an immediate response. They were extremely responsive throughout the whole process, so never at any point could I not reach him or somebody else. more

Michaela at Masters Flooring was very helpful in helping me find several floor samples to bring home and try in my living room. Sam was also very helpful in talking to me about which direction to lay the floor when he came out to take measurements. All the workmen that came out to install the vinyl planking were great, polite, nice, and efficient. Also, the painters that came out to touch up the baseboards did a great job. I love the color and am pleased with the overall work. I don't have any hesitations about recommending Masters Flooring! more

Masters Flooring has a great sales staff that is helpful, organized, efficient and timely with no high sales pressure. Installation was done on schedule with every effort to satisfy us. Most of the flooring installation was good, except for uneven tiles that can create stumbling problems. Carpet and hardwood was nicely installed. more

Masters Flooring Co. installed carpet, tile and wood flooring for me. Everything turned out really well. I had already used that same type of wood flooring in my old house, and I really liked it. Masters did that flooring for me as well. This time we had some issues with the stairs. It was a problem of structure, so Masters had to come back and fix the carpet because of the weird under-structure. I called them again to do this second job for me because I trusted them to do a good job. They have a good selection to look through at their store, and I feel like the quality of the items they have are good. You should check them out! more

I'm a repeat customer of Masters Flooring Co. Ten years ago they installed floors for us while we were doing a remodel of our home. Then recently I called them again after we had a major flood. I didn't even consider using anyone else because the first time they were so professional. I was blown away by the personal service I received. It was immediate and amazing. It was excellent, excellent service! The entire family and staff at Masters return phone calls when you have questions. They did everything they said they were going to do. You can tell they know what they are doing. I appreciate that it's an customer-oriented business. I think in this day and age it's very hard to find good customer service, so when I find people who have that kind of integrity I can't say enough good things! Masters was originally recommended to us by a friend, so I saw the work they did in their home, which was impeccable. The work they did for us is just excellent and beautiful. I called them a few weeks after they did the work because I moved a large piece of furniture and some more pieces needed to be installed. They did a great job coming out to fix that. I would highly, highly recommend Masters Flooring! They're a family-run business, which I appreciate because we run a family business. They do what they say they're going to do, are on time and follow through. When you have people who care that much about each other and the service they are providing, it's great. more

We're very pleased with the customer service we received from Masters Flooring. I just didn't give them fives because nobody's perfect. We purchased enough wood flooring to put down in three full rooms and some hallway areas. We were very happy with the product. We contacted them two separate times when we found a couple flaws in the floor after it was laid, and both times they sent someone out to take care of it and replace the flawed pieces. My wife had Masters Flooring do some work at another location, and she had a good experience. A friend of ours also had previous experience with them, so it was those two references that convinced us to go with Masters. They may be a little more than other companies. But we got an American brand of flooring, so we were expecting to pay a little more. It was all-in-all a happy experience! They always did what they said they would do, and the installer they had do the work was very good. I have no doubt that if I called them the day before our warranty ran out, they would come out right away. more

There were some bumps along the way when we got new flooring, but they were with the painters who came in to do the baseboards afterwards. Masters Flooring met and resolved the issues. We were completely satisfied in the end. We are extremely happy with our hardwood laminate. more

Masters Flooring Co. removed all the flooring in my house, which was made up of wood floors, carpeting and tile. They put in new ceramic tile, wood floors and carpeting. Masters Flooring Co. installed new carpet in three rooms for us. They came and did good measurements before the installation was done and gave us good feedback. There was a seaming issue along one of the walls, but that has since been resolved. Overall we were pleased with the service. Masters Flooring installed wood-look laminate flooring in all three of my bedrooms. They were on time and they were super clean. What I had done was a total renovation of some hardwood floors. Masters Flooring Co. were prompt and went above and beyond, moving furniture and cleaning up after themselves. They also minimized the dust in the rest of the house. They gave a very thorough explanation of the drying process and when I could go back on it. The installation was excellent, but they haven't followed up. We were very pleased with the selection and the actual flooring. The installation went very smoothly. We had a couple of flaws in boards, so we called them about replacing them and they haven't gotten back to us. We did not go with the first store we were looking for. Masters were probably store #10. We managed to find a product we were very pleased with, and from then on everything was just wonderful. Some other stores we looked at we would ask questions and never got a call back. At Master's, if they didn't know an answer they would find out right away. more
