Review content:
Masters Flooring Co. pulled out all the old hardwood floors and carpeting in our house, and they replaced them with new hardwood. The floors look fabulous! It was a little bit more complicated than regular floor installations because our floors were at different levels, but they came in and knew exactly what to do.
The whole process was completely seamless! Different crews arrived every day, but they all were on time, professional and neat. They were clearly happy to be working with Masters, and they raved about the company. There were probably about 15 different guys who came to the house, and throughout the two weeks of the project, we were pleased to have every single one of them in our house.
It was difficult being out of our house for the 14 days, but they made the best out of the circumstances by being on time, professional and sympathetic. They had excellent communication as well. Mike called me every day, or if I had to send an email, he would send an immediate response. They were extremely responsive throughout the whole process, so never at any point could I not reach him or somebody else.
