I'm a repeat customer of Masters Flooring Co. Ten years ago they installed floors for us while we were doing a remodel of our home. Then recently I called them again after we had a major flood. I didn't even consider using anyone else because the first time they were so professional. I was blown away by the personal service I received. It was immediate and amazing. It was excellent, excellent service!
The entire family and staff at Masters return phone calls when you have questions. They did everything they said they were going to do. You can tell they know what they are doing. I appreciate that it's an customer-oriented business. I think in this day and age it's very hard to find good customer service, so when I find people who have that kind of integrity I can't say enough good things!
Masters was originally recommended to us by a friend, so I saw the work they did in their home, which was impeccable. The work they did for us is just excellent and beautiful. I called them a few weeks after they did the work because I moved a large piece of furniture and some more pieces needed to be installed. They did a great job coming out to fix that.
I would highly, highly recommend Masters Flooring! They're a family-run business, which I appreciate because we run a family business. They do what they say they're going to do, are on time and follow through. When you have people who care that much about each other and the service they are providing, it's great.
