We Will NEVER use them EVER again!!! We used a Groupon, and called 4 days in advance, which you would think would be enough, but no, they were booked. They said if a cancellation came up, they would try to squeeze us in. Thankfully, they called the next day and behold...there was a cancellation. We paid for 3 hours of cleaning, and with what they did, I KNOW it didn't take 3 hours. We were moving out of our apartment, and wanted it to look clean, and I had already taken care of the hard part, the kitchen. So we asked them to vacuum, clean base boards, spot clean walls, the bathroom, etc... First, they couldn't even show up at the time THEY specified!! My husband had to go to work, and since we don't live there anymore, he needed to open the door for them. They indicated 9:00 - 9:30, but didn't actually get there until ""Just before 10:00. What time that was, we're not sure because my husband finally had to leave and go to work at 9:50. When he called to ask about it, the guy was rude and said not to worry about it. Um...excuse me, but we are leaving an apartment that we are responsible for, open...Yes we will worry about it!!! I came back within 2:30 hours and they were gone. So I looked around and called them and asked them why they left early. Then I said ""Do you not clean mirrors or floors?"" The guy told me, ""We were given specific instructions."" I said, OK, but we paid for 3 hours and you couldn't look around and see what else needed to be cleaned? He said, well you were a groupon, and we squeezed you in. Oh, ok...well in that case....SO WHAT??? Does that mean that you did me a service by squeezing me in? I said well, if you couldn't do it, we wouldn't have booked you, and we would have gotten someone who could do it. He did finally offer to have the maid swing by again, but at that point, I was SO mad, and felt like I was being treated by a second class citizen because I was a Groupon, that I told him, never mind, we'll just NEVER use you again, and hung up. I don't believe that because we took advantage of a good deal, that means we should be treated like 2nd class citizens. Thank you, but NO THANKS, and Never again. THE Worst, unfriendly service EVER!!
