This company is one of the few companies out there that actually stands behind what they say and delivers high quality cleaning.\r \r I have had other cleaners that break things...

When I reserved an appointment for a house cleaning, the customer service women was very nice and helpful. However I was under the impression that once I gave my credit card info...

I just had my new house cleaned on 2 Living Social 4 hour vouchers. The cleaners did a good job but forgot my downstairs blinds. (I think they thought that we were only doing the upstairs). I didnt spot it till they had left but i called the office and they are going to send in a team tomorrow. If everything goes OK i will up this review to 5 stars. Great deal with the voucher (At least $150 less than the competition) and i will probably use them for regular service once we get settled. more

NEVER USE!!! AWFUL!! 9/29/2011

We Will NEVER use them EVER again!!! We used a Groupon, and called 4 days in advance, which you would think would be enough, but no, they were booked. They said if a cancellation came up, they would try to squeeze us in. Thankfully, they called the next day and behold...there was a cancellation. We paid for 3 hours of cleaning, and with what they did, I KNOW it didn't take 3 hours. We were moving out of our apartment, and wanted it to look clean, and I had already taken care of the hard part, the kitchen. So we asked them to vacuum, clean base boards, spot clean walls, the bathroom, etc... First, they couldn't even show up at the time THEY specified!! My husband had to go to work, and since we don't live there anymore, he needed to open the door for them. They indicated 9:00 - 9:30, but didn't actually get there until "Just before 10:00. What time that was, we're not sure because my husband finally had to leave and go to work at 9:50. When he called to ask about it, the guy was rude and said not to worry about it. Um...excuse me, but we are leaving an apartment that we are responsible for, open...Yes we will worry about it!!! I came back within 2:30 hours and they were gone. So I looked around and called them and asked them why they left early. Then I said "Do you not clean mirrors or floors?" The guy told me, "We were given specific instructions." I said, OK, but we paid for 3 hours and you couldn't look around and see what else needed to be cleaned? He said, well you were a groupon, and we squeezed you in. Oh, ok...well in that case....SO WHAT??? Does that mean that you did me a service by squeezing me in? I said well, if you couldn't do it, we wouldn't have booked you, and we would have gotten someone who could do it. He did finally offer to have the maid swing by again, but at that point, I was SO mad, and felt like I was being treated by a second class citizen because I was a Groupon, that I told him, never mind, we'll just NEVER use you again, and hung up. I don't believe that because we took advantage of a good deal, that means we should be treated like 2nd class citizens. Thank you, but NO THANKS, and Never again. THE Worst, unfriendly service EVER!! more

The BEST cleaning company! 9/28/2011

I am not sure what some of these people are complaining about but i have had the exact opposite experience. They have been cleaning my home on a biweekly schedule for about a year and a half and i could not be more pleased. The workers they send are well trained and unlike the last poster i have always had a favorable impression of the people at their office. I once had a cleaner trip in my home and break a picture frame and they were very prompt with a cleaning credit for me. I have other friends in our area that use them so i know they run a good operation. Try them out, don't let a few complainers sway you. more

THE WORST CONSUMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD 9/19/2011

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Not only is the owner completely unprofessional and condescending on the phone, but his very nice employee who didn't speak English arrived 2 1/2 hours late and left at five ( which allowed her 11/2 hours of cleaning time.) I was charged for the full four hours of cleaning. I was never given a checklist to approve before or after her work. When I did inspect her work on my own, NOTHING WAS DONE! The bathtub had been wiped down, but not the toilet. the floor had been swept, but not mopped. The window sills were still disgusting and the carpet wasn't vacuumed, etc. The absolute kicker is, when I called to request that he reimburse my credit card, he said, " He'd think about it, but it wasn't his policy." This man is not someone I would let my worst enemy do business with. DO NOT USE THE SANDY MAID PRO. more

The manager, Byron, is a poor manager and has poor customer service skills. The workers were supposed to be at my house between noon and 1 and they didn't arrive until 2. Byron didn't bother to call me and tell me they were running behiind. When I called and complained, he made the maids leave without cleaning. Furthermore, people at MaidPro do not typically answer the phone. A legitimate business answers the phone. I would never let MaidPro in my house. more

Very Pleased w/ Maod Pro Sandy: 4th yr 3/14/2011

I have had MP clean my home for 4 yrs now. I briefly tried another cleaning Service and went right back to MP. Byron always calls the day before. I am also having them clean my Moms house and a neighbors. Very pleased! more

I have had other cleaning companies that were dishonest or not consistent from visit to visit. The ladies they send out are very nice and reliable. They also are open to any new requests i may have. I would recommend them. Pros: Nice cleaners, honest. Cons: None, do they have Saturday service? more
