If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Not only is the owner completely unprofessional and condescending on the phone, but his very nice employee who didn't speak English arrived 2 1/2 hours late and left at five ( which allowed her 11/2 hours of cleaning time.) I was charged for the full four hours of cleaning. I was never given a checklist to approve before or after her work. When I did inspect her work on my own, NOTHING WAS DONE! The bathtub had been wiped down, but not the toilet. the floor had been swept, but not mopped. The window sills were still disgusting and the carpet wasn't vacuumed, etc. The absolute kicker is, when I called to request that he reimburse my credit card, he said, "" He'd think about it, but it wasn't his policy."" This man is not someone I would let my worst enemy do business with. DO NOT USE THE SANDY MAID PRO.
