There is too much of a sales push and the environment feels too "corporate."

I believe my teeth were taken care of. 25 minute wait out front not good. I question $33 for fluoride treatment. Certainly no labor costs involved. I don't know your cost of product, but would be shocked if it's over $5. more

MY Experience 11/8/2010

My tooth extraction was less painful than anticipated but after effects are worse than expected. Even after five days i couldn't eat food the treated side and it is sensive even for drinking warm water. At present it is worse than prior to extraction. I wouldn't be a happy if this problem persists long. I am taking tylenol to keep my pain minimum. I hope the problem is not chronic. Prakash more

Unconfortable after Service 11/4/2010

I like the atmosphere there. Nice facility, good doctor, but the assistant should need to explain in detail that what treatment they are planning on doing instead of saying 3 fillings on top right and 2 on bottom left etc. I have my wife & kids kind of like it so far. more

The staff here is always nice and I've experienced quite timely appointments. I am always reminded about my appointments and rearranging (if needed) is usually available. Also, in spite of having numerous clients, Dr. K is personable and that's a good character trait. more

service was great. iv sedation was nice since I have lots of anxiety about dental work. dental assistant and anesthesiologist were nice, don't remember the dentist working on me and didn't have any pain afterwards. more

telling m emy insurance would cover the work over the phone, then telling me, once there, it would be another out of pocket expense of $400+ and then once the work was done the out-of-pocket had risen to $800+ does disturb me! more

focus on QA. The quality of the work s/b done properly on the first visit. I often have to deal with rough edges that weren't smoothed out initially or getting dental floss hung on pieces of cement left behind that should have been removed in between teeth when crowns are first put in. Need a better Quality Assurance program. more
