I have always had a great experience at Made Ya Smile. But yesterday, I was scheduled to have oral surgery and I had to wait 1hr and 15min. The issue I had was that after I had been there for 20-25 minutes waiting, I think it would have been appropriate to have someone tell me that my appointment was delayed so my husband, who was going to drive me home, could have left earlier to do the errands that had to be done while I was in my appointment. Personally, I don't mind waiting, but my husband was only allotted a certain amount of time off from his job to take me. Other than that, I had a great experience, as always. I really am grateful for the respectful, sensitive, and professional way I am treated when I am there. Being a person who has always been afraid to go to the dentist because of a traumatic experience early on in my life, I can honestly say that I have felt extremely comfortable coming to your office from day one, minute one. I have no fear when I am there. Thank you for that.
