There is too much of a sales push and the environment feels too "corporate."

As good as going to the dentist gets. 6/10/2011

I am one of those nervous patients who would rather do almost anything than go to the dentist. I am happy to say this was a great dental visit. My first visit with regular dental work. The assistant (Kitty) was very nice and professional. The shots were truly painless and I've had no soreness of any kind tonight after work being done this morning. I appreciated Kitty telling me what was about to happen so I knew what to expect. It stopped my imagination from making everything worse. Very pleased with today's experience. more

I was very anxious about my impending root canal, but it went very well, was virtually painless and a real surprise. No reason to be anxious! more

Best care ever 6/8/2011

I had some fillings done today and had such a pleasant experience. The entire staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The assistant answered all my questions and put my fears at ease. The doctor was so nice and my procedure was pretty pain free. I love Made Ya Smile! more

Get a Second Opinion 6/2/2011

The office is beautiful, has flat screen tv's and free coffee. However, this dentist office overcharges and insists on unnecessary procedures. I feel that this office has lost my trust, and took advantage of me. I got a second opinion, and two of the procedures (one I already paid for out of pocket) were unnecessary. Do yourself a favor, and get a second opinion. more

I'm all smiles 5/19/2011

My mouth had a party and I was invited as an honored guest and I had a great time! Everyone was so nice I felt so relaxed from the get go. Everyone there was the best, I got gassed had a few laughs and was told that I wouldn't feel a thing. I have to admit I can't wait to go back and see everyone and give them a great big smile. Thank you all for everything I'm all smiles ;-) more

Delayed appt: a little nofication would have been appreciated 4/16/2011

I have always had a great experience at Made Ya Smile. But yesterday, I was scheduled to have oral surgery and I had to wait 1hr and 15min. The issue I had was that after I had been there for 20-25 minutes waiting, I think it would have been appropriate to have someone tell me that my appointment was delayed so my husband, who was going to drive me home, could have left earlier to do the errands that had to be done while I was in my appointment. Personally, I don't mind waiting, but my husband was only allotted a certain amount of time off from his job to take me. Other than that, I had a great experience, as always. I really am grateful for the respectful, sensitive, and professional way I am treated when I am there. Being a person who has always been afraid to go to the dentist because of a traumatic experience early on in my life, I can honestly say that I have felt extremely comfortable coming to your office from day one, minute one. I have no fear when I am there. Thank you for that. more

Staff is very professional and pleasant. They really make you feel comfortable. The environment is clean which is so very important to me. Each room is totally organized for efficient service. No waiting after you arrive for your appointment. That's another plus. Thanks Made Ya Smile Dental ! more
