There is too much of a sales push and the environment feels too "corporate."

I was very nervous at first but the staff and doctor made me feel totally relaxed. The staff are very professional, warm and friendly. I was confident that Dr. Kesner would do a fine job, which he did. more

Found a new dentist; will certainlhy return 2/2/2010

First visit involved a painful but necessary root canal. Both office personnel and Physician were very professional and attentive to my needs during the procedure. Thank you for the reassurance and understanding of my nervousness about the procedure. more

The dental hygienist was excellent & the doctors attention was wonderful. The onlky problem is that the charges suggested are very much higher than insurance will allow or what the competition has to offer. more

Poor customer service 12/10/2009

My appointment was scheduled for 12:30. I was told to arrive at 12:00 to complete paperwork. I arrived at 11:45 and completed my paperwork. However, I was not seen until shortly after 1:00. I watched a patient that came in an hour after I did get called back for his dental work before me. After my services were completed, I was told I was going to see Dr. Flores. I guess he was too busy so they sent in Dr. Kessner. Then I waited in another room for another 10 minutes before someone came to see me to about my next appointment which I did not make. more
