There is too much of a sales push and the environment feels too "corporate."

The office, staff and Dr. Kesner are great. I had fillings done and although that is not the most pleasant thing, the level of professionalism and courtesy is always there. more

The Worst Visit Ever 9/24/2010

The financial person (kelly?) was very rude, talking to me in a tone that I owe you guys money. For someone in her position should be very nice to the potential customer but I didn't sense the courtesy at all. I have been with you guys for few years and referred many friends and families, I felt like I was not valued. I am very disappointed from this visit and probably will not return for another visit. more

I was treated with horrible customer service and have been there multiple times in the past. Also witnessed another patient receiving horrible customer service and when she leaves the clinic I could hear the girls behind the desk talking about her. more

Very elegant and very appealing place you have. People are very professional in work without much pressure. It sometimes looked a bit overwhelmed but not repulsive.Being in dental care, you need to pay attention to your own mouth odors. Sorry to say that but I have noticed in some but not all. more

Although going to the dentist is not at the top of my "fun things to do" list, Made Ya Smile Dental always makes my visit pleasant. The staff is always very friendly and I usually get taken back soon after I've checked in. The hygienist does a great job not hurting me while cleaning my teeth and the Laughing Gas if needed is awesome! Definitely recommend! more
