There is too much of a sales push and the environment feels too "corporate."

First Visit 8/27/2011

Everyone that I came in contact with at Made Ya Smile was so nice, friendly and polite. I have never visited a dental facility that made has me so relaxed. Dr. Bondin is an excellent dentist, even the shots doesn't hurt when he numbs your mouth. I don't mind going to the dentist now. Thanks for Made Ya Smile. more

Appt 6.24.2011 8/26/2011

I've never been afraid of dental procedures, the sound of drills, etc, but this time was terrible for me. I was quite anxious,trembling inside and out, breathing accelerated! If there is E V E R another procedure, I will not allow anyone to begin until I am completely deadened---- because I wasn't!!....not until after I left the office. That's when I couldn't "feel" parts of my mouth. No!! it was not the medication! It was the possibility of my feeling pain. My nerves were in over-drive!! I was not pleased. But the dr did a great job..I have no problems. NOTE: From now on, I want to be told when Dr Kessner will not be performing the procedure ----before hand! (I do not like ratings of this sort.) more

Tooth Extraction 8/24/2011

Did a fantastic job, however I didnt get laughing gas! I asked for it but found I was on oxygen most of the time....if I had been on the laughing gas I would not have been as nervous! more

Great Visit 8/19/2011

I was just at the Sugar Land office. They were very busy but having Denise as the dental assistance was a great pleasure and made my 3 hour visit to the dentist very enjoyable. Denise has such a great personality, she is always smiling and laughing. She has one on the most enjoyable personalities I have ever met. She is a great asset to your office, you need to clone her!!! more

Very Satisfied 8/12/2011

I had some fillings taken care of on today. I was in and out within the hour. Dr Babin did a great job! He was professional and courteous throughout. He is definitely a plus, as he has what the "head dentist" is lacking- a personality. I'm very satisfied. more

I Dreaded Dental Appointments ....BUT no more 8/9/2011

I received a flyer in the mail for "Made Ya Smile Dental" and I thought to myself "maybe I'll go"...didn't happen. After several weeks, I received another flyer, so I immediately called on Friday and booked an appointment for Monday. When I arrived at the dental office, they were very efficient in getting my insurance information and Care First account info (left my card at home). The dental exam was thorough; they listened to my concerns and provided feedback, plus answered all my questions. I really appreciated the fact that they let me decide on how much work I wanted done for each office visit. Allowing me to make decision on phases of treatment, helped me to manage finances for the work, take into account my comfort tolerance, and plan around my work schedule. Everyone in the office was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I am so glad I made that call to "Made Ya Smile Dental". more

Quick Fix 7/28/2011

Great Experience. I lost a filling and Made Ya Smile was able to see me that afternoon. The xray and replacement of my lost filling took less than 30 minutes. In and out...just what I like! Thanks for the friendly and professional service. more
