Tom did an excellent job on our semi annual check up. Cleaned up after finishing the job, explained everything that he did, showed us pictures of before and after and was a very polite young man. Mack has a good employee in Tom. Thanks for the excellent work. Larry W. more

Tom Nunamacher 3/18/2019

Tom came out to complete the bi-yearly tune-up of my heating and air system. I was impressed by the thorough job that was done, and by his willingness to discuss any of my concerns. He went beyond the requirements to provide important information regarding the upkeep of the system. His attention to the cleaning of the equipment was thorough and he put forth extra effort to figure out how he could access all parts of the system. Tom was personable and attentive to all questions. I highly recommend this technician of Mack Morris Heating and Air. more

Don't Go Cheap! 3/6/2019

When I bought my house the HVAC was new and installed by another company. After nearly 4 years in my wonderful house, I have had to replace or fix almost everything associated with the installation of the HVAC. I just wish that my house had started with Mack Morris and I know that I would not have had these problems. Lesson Learned: don't go cheap- go smart! Mack Morris. more

I just had my maintenance service done by Tom Nunamacher. I would like to let the people from Mack Morris know what a gem they have. This young man was superb with the way he applied himself. Never before had I been shown before and after pictures, which showed me I never got the service I had paid for from the last people I used. I started using Mack Morris last year and hope to continue on with them for all my heating and air problems. Everyone that I have talked with has been great, But like I said Tom N. is the best. Thanks to the whole team for making thing a little easier. more

Tom Nunamacher - Service Tech 2/7/2019

Tom arrived at the scheduled time. He was very friendly. We shared a common interest for the Pacific Northwest. Tom provided a thorough explanation of all HVAC services that he rendered. Was told by Tom on several occasions during his visit that my HVAC system was clean and running smoothly. He left behind an extra filter just in case a replacement is required prior to the next technician visit in August, 2019. Hope that Tom continues to be employed with Mack Morris for awhile. more

6 month service call 2/2/2019

Tyler did a fine and conscientious job in an efficient manner. He was very respectful and showed interest and responsibility in doing his job. He commented on the state of our system, pronouncing it not very dirty and of excellent performance. Would like to have him next time. more

I have been using Mack Morris HVAC for 20 years. Mack has always provided great customer service as well as service after the sale. My current heat pump is 18 yrs old and will no doubt need to be replaced sooner rather than later and i will certainly have Mack Morris take care of this. In a world where customer service has gone by the wayside, it’s still alive and well at Mack Morris. Thanks. more

Extremely happy with 13 years of wonderful service on heating and air conditioning. Serviceman introduced himself and was very efficient. He answered my questions, explained what he was doing and why, provided useful suggestions and completed the service at the allotted time. I will continue to utilize both heating and ac service with Mack Morris. more
