Tom came out to complete the bi-yearly tune-up of my heating and air system. I was impressed by the thorough job that was done, and by his willingness to discuss any of my concerns. He went beyond the requirements to provide important information regarding the upkeep of the system. His attention to the cleaning of the equipment was thorough and he put forth extra effort to figure out how he could access all parts of the system. Tom was personable and attentive to all questions.
