Annual Maintenance Visit 11/17/2017

Both Sean O. and Tom N. were wonderful on my annual maintenance call. They were polite and kept me informed throughout the process as to what they were doing and what I would experience. They gave good explanations and summarized what they observed. They are both assets to your company. more

I have used Mack Morris for 15 years with very excellent service. With my contract my units are cared for 2 times per year. They have installed new equipment as well. I love the staff. Mary is particularly wonderful. more

Very Thorough 6/29/2017

This was the first time Sue M. was our Service Pro and could not be happier with her. She was very thorough and very professional. Over the years those that have serviced our system where in and out in record time. I am not saying they did not do the job correctly but after Sue had explained all that she did, I feel very comfortable that the job was done well and I have no worries about my system. I re-signed my annual contract and requested that Sue does all our future services. Thanks Sue!! more
