Tom arrived at the scheduled time. He was very friendly. We shared a common interest for the Pacific Northwest. Tom provided a thorough explanation of all HVAC services that he rendered. Was told by Tom on several occasions during his visit that my HVAC system was clean and running smoothly. He left behind an extra filter just in case a replacement is required prior to the next technician visit in August, 2019. Hope that Tom continues to be employed with Mack Morris for awhile.
