New Mitsubishi split system 6/2/2017

Mr. Morris has a great team of installers. They were here early as announced and worked every day until mid-afternoon for 3&1/2 days. I had done research on this system in advance and had a lot of questions which were quickly answered to aid my understanding. This system is more expensive than a one air-handler system, yet it offers more flexibility for my lifestyle. more

Mack Morris Heating and Air Conditiong 5/23/2017

We have been doing business with Mack Morris for a number of years. They are good folks, and their service and maintenance techs are the best. We've never had a bad experience; and when we've had an HVAC emergency, we've gotten same-day service. Many of Mack's employees are vets who have served their country. That's a big plus in our book! We recommend Mack Morris Heating & Air whenever we have the opportunity. more

Serviced my HeatPump System on 04/27/2017 per schedule at 10:00 AM. Arrived on time and was extremely courteous and professional. Completed the service call with a complete verbal explanation as to what services he performed and the funcionality of the system. Mack Morris is very fortunate to have Kevin as an Employee. more

Excellent experience! 4/27/2017

Trey did the spring service on my heat pump on Wednesday April 26, and did a thorough and professional job. He was friendly, courteous, and efficient. He even checked to make sure the gates were closed behind him so my dogs would not get out! That was thoughtful and much appreciated. I have been with Mack Morris for many years and have always found their customer service to be excellent and reliable. I recommend them to everyone I know. more

Mack Morris technician Sue M. arrived on time, worked steadily, and completed our annual dual-system AC maintenance inspection efficiently. She was consistently polite and informative about the condition of our 18-year old system. She gets highest marks - 5 stars - from us. We look forward to her visiting again next year. more

Learning From the Experts 4/14/2017

Sue M. had just finished servicing our central A/C unit when we noticed a fan belt rubbing sound coming from the attic. Thinking it was to do with the just-serviced A/C unit. we called Mack Morris and Sue M. returned the next day with an associate to check things out. Seems we did not know we had an old attic fan that turned on at 90 degrees and was the cause of the "fanbelt" noise. Sue M. and her associate had done another thorough system check of our A/C system even though they new it wasn't the cause of the noise. They left with a smile and best wishes for an Easter Sunday and charged us nothing for our ignorance. There is no one better than Mack Morris service people. Thanks. more
