I have been a Luggage World Customer since my company relocated me to the Twin Cities in 2002. I buy all of my luggage from them and refer all of my friends/co-workers to them as well. Their staff is extremely patient and actually takes the time to find you the right briefcase/piece of luggage. If they don't have the piece of luggage in stock that you want, they go above-and-beyond to get it in for you when you need it. They also fix your luggage with an extremely fast turn-around. I have visited many other luggage stores in the area and haven't found one even close to as easy to shop at as luggage world. It's the best place to go for quality luggage at a good price. When I walked in the store I was greeted by a very friendly man. I needed a bag for my trip to London. He showed me a variety of sizes and styles. From the time I entered the store, I was greeted and treated well. Immediately they saw my damaged luggage and gave me confidence they knew what needed to be done and could do it. Also, they asked if I travelled far; as I came from a southeast suburb they offered to fix it while I waited. I left the store in less than 15 minutes,very well satisfied and with my luggage and a holiday cookie in hand. BEST PRICES BEST SERVICE 1/16/2009

I have been a Luggage World customer for the past 6 years since moving to the Twin Cities. There are a few other stores in town to get high-quality luggage, and I have visited them all. I haven't found any store with the type of outstanding customer service that Luggage World has. All their staff are extremely knowledgeable on their merchandise, and about the luggage/travel industry as a whole. Their repair department has fixed numerous bags, and they are very honest and fair with accepting warranty bags when they should be fixed under warranty. when my bag needed to be fixed and wasn't covered my the manufacturer's warranty, they fixed it extremely fast and at a very reasonable price. I buy all of my luggage and travel accessories from luggage world and I recommend all of you do as well more

Worst Luggage Repair Ever! 3/29/2008

I took my slightly damaged suitcase to Luggage World on 3/24/08 and picket up my bag on 3/39/08. Even though I am very appreciative of the quick turnaround time, to say that I am disappointed in the repair work on my bag is an HUGE understatement. \r \r My bag is more damaged then when I initially took the bag in. When I complained about the repair work, two managers whisked in and offered to see what could be done and apologized for the work, this puzzled me. I received a call on Friday, 3/23/08 letting me know that my bag was finished. The bag was presented to me and I was told the work was complete, so if you called, then the work is complete, so why would you now offer to repair the work? \r \r Clearly this more damaged bag was deemed repaired an acceptable otherwise you wouldn't have called. So upon my complaint about it, you were trying to pacify me by telling me you could re-do the repair. If you didn't do it right the first time, why would I trust you with the bag a second time? more
