From the time I entered the store, I was greeted and treated well. Immediately they saw my damaged luggage and gave me confidence they knew what needed to be done and could do it. Also, they asked if I travelled far; as I came from a southeast suburb they offered to fix it while I waited. I left the store in less than 15 minutes,very well satisfied and with my luggage and a holiday cookie in hand. Kudos to the owners and staff! \r
