Review content:
I took my slightly damaged suitcase to Luggage World on 3/24/08 and picket up my bag on 3/39/08. Even though I am very appreciative of the quick turnaround time, to say that I am disappointed in the repair work on my bag is an HUGE understatement. \r \r My bag is more damaged then when I initially took the bag in. When I complained about the repair work, two managers whisked in and offered to see what could be done and apologized for the work, this puzzled me. I received a call on Friday, 3/23/08 letting me know that my bag was finished. The bag was presented to me and I was told the work was complete, so if you called, then the work is complete, so why would you now offer to repair the work? \r \r Clearly this more damaged bag was deemed repaired an acceptable otherwise you wouldn't have called. So upon my complaint about it, you were trying to pacify me by telling me you could re-do the repair. If you didn't do it right the first time, why would I trust you with the bag a second time?
