I have been a Luggage World customer for the past 6 years since moving to the Twin Cities. There are a few other stores in town to get high-quality luggage, and I have visited them all. I haven't found any store with the type of outstanding customer service that Luggage World has. All their staff are extremely knowledgeable on their merchandise, and about the luggage/travel industry as a whole. Their repair department has fixed numerous bags, and they are very honest and fair with accepting warranty bags when they should be fixed under warranty. when my bag needed to be fixed and wasn't covered my the manufacturer's warranty, they fixed it extremely fast and at a very reasonable price. I buy all of my luggage and travel accessories from luggage world and I recommend all of you do as well
