I met Dr. Lanza for the first time 2/3/2012

This was my first time meeting Dr. Lanza. I think he did a very nice job of making me comfortable in 'new hands". I had not expected to have the services I did that day and I decided to let him go ahead and get what I needed done instead of scheduling another appointment. Everything went well and I liked the fact that Dr. Lanza personally called to see how I was felling the next day. He made a good first impression on me. more

Wish I had found Dr. Loza long ago 1/12/2012

My former dentist was (how can I put this nicely)get them in and get them out kind of operation, but at Dr. Loza's office they take the time to talk to you and let you know all your options. I have been seeing Dr. Loza for about 10 years (it's taken that long to re-do the mess the last dentist did!) and I have to say that I will never go to a different dentist. Dr. Loza IS my dentist. more

Patient for 10+ years 1/5/2012

My husband and I have both been patients of this practice for more than 10 years and couldn't be more satisfied. I had a "dental emergency" on Christmas Eve when the office was closed and Dr. Loza took my call and came into the office. The dental hygenist(s)have always been the best of the best and the admin team is very friendly and efficient. The equipment is state of the art as far as I can tell. A great overall experience!!! more

Quality care, tech-savvy office 12/20/2011

I'm a relatively new patient who has been to the office twice (once for a cleaning; once, unfortunately, for a filling). Both times I was impressed by how quickly I was seen, and how professional the staff have been to work with. Zero complaints. They also use (what appears to be) sophisticated technology to aid in care, which I appreciate! more

Bundled services 12/7/2011

Prophylaxis-adult is a fairly priced service based on time, materials and labor expended. Periodic exam w/out charting is not. A timed one-minute thirty-two second exam by an arrogant young associate at a cost of $50. (or $.54/second) is a ripoff. As a patient cannot decline this DCPT, the only recourse is to increase the interval between prophylaxis, making the hygienist's task more difficult. Congratulations Loza, you have learned the American Way quite well! more
