Review content:
Prophylaxis-adult is a fairly priced service based on time, materials and labor expended. Periodic exam w/out charting is not. A timed one-minute thirty-two second exam by an arrogant young associate at a cost of $50. (or $.54/second) is a ripoff. As a patient cannot decline this DCPT, the only recourse is to increase the interval between prophylaxis, making the hygienist's task more difficult. Congratulations Loza, you have learned the American Way quite well!
