Tim introduced himself and gave me his card. I like knowing the name of the person I'm dealing with. Listened while I explained the problem and went right to work. Problem was fixed. I have a Service Agreement with Gene Love so they check plumbing, a/c & heat, and electrical. As Tim was leaving, he noticed an electrical issue and said he would have someone come out (at no charge) and check on it. I didn't feel like he was trying to sucker me in to giving more service ($$) to his company. He was just paying attention to detail. You can use Gene Love and be confident the job will be done right...the first time. more

Overpriced! Not good customer service 3/2/2013

Plumber forgot to show up at end of day on a friday,waited for additional plumber to get dispatched when somone finally showd up hours later advised me he couldnt do work because he was tired and wanted to go home. I was the one who sat an waited all day! Had no consideration for my time! I was told a superviser would call noone ever did! Work never got done and i was told to have a good weekend and that was it! Completely dissapointed!! more

Review of Daniel D., Plumber 2/25/2013

Daniel has come to my home for plumbing repairs on three occasions and he has consistently been on time, professional and efficient in completing the repair very quickly. He is friendly, optimistic that he can complete the repair and proficient in completing the repair. There has never been a problem afterward. His most recent visit was 2-19-13 and he went above and beyond expectations, by changing the light bulb that was too high for me to reach in the garage area. Daniel Davis Service Specialist 2/16/2013

Daniel was polite and respectful. He explained what was needed to fix my plumbing problem. He explained the service contract and pricing thoroughly. I like the fact that he wore coverings over his shoes, even though it was not necessary. It showed a respect for other people's property. He fixed the problem quickly. Daniel is a very skilled professional. (And he was nice to my dog!) more

Thoughtful Technician 2/7/2013

Tim came in did his job thouroughly. When noticing my Mom on oxygen offerred other services that Gene Love supplies (special filters etc.) He even helped get the oxygen machine valve tightened when I could not get it too! He was quick to see what was going on and moved to solve the problem! I salute Tim today! more

Annual Home Electrical Inspection 9/20/2012

Prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, excellent customer service. Upon arrival the technician identified himself, handed me his business card and extended his hand in greeting, put on shoe coverings and asked if there were any rooms he should not enter and asked if I had any particular electrical problems of concern. He then proceeded to inspect the electrical boxes, other outlets throughout the home and basement. He offered suggestions such as the addition of a surge box to protect electrical appliances in the event of a lightning strike. Appreciate his attention to detail in inspecting wiring. He took the time to explain how the electricity comes into the house through the fuse box and travels to the other circuits. Mr. Ferrari is an excellent representative of the quality and service Gene Love Plumbing and Electrical Service provides to its customers; and is exactly, what their customers have come to expect, appreciate and depend on. more

Jeff P. is my choice of Plumbers, not only is he professional, he is up-front and honest. He tells you everything he is doing and makes sure you understand what what he is doing. He doesn't mind answering all your questions, believe me I ask a LOT of questions. He will tell you if he sees something that needs to be done, and lets you decide when and if you want the job done, he will just say "call me if you decide to do the job". Should I have to leave the house I know I can leave Jeff P., at my home, and not worry about anything. He treats your home as if it were his. I have been a client Gene Love Plumbing, Air, Electric for many years, they have the best people, and you can trust them. more
