Tim introduced himself and gave me his card. I like knowing the name of the person I'm dealing with. Listened while I explained the problem and went right to work. Problem was fixed.
I have a Service Agreement with Gene Love so they check plumbing, a/c & heat, and electrical. As Tim was leaving, he noticed an electrical issue and said he would have someone come out (at no charge) and check on it. I didn't feel like he was trying to sucker me in to giving more service ($$) to his company. He was just paying attention to detail.
You can use Gene Love and be confident the job will be done right...the first time.
