Today Corey W. Came to our home and did a thorough inspection of Love's installation.Corey is the lead installation technician for Love and as each of the previous tech visitors he was very professional, knowledgable, thorough and practiced perfect customer service skills. He also took the time to completely review the operation of the thermostat as well as teach my wife how to set the thermostat for her preferences. We are very pleased with his and all the techs for Love Plumbing's work and performance. more

We had to replace the complete heat pump and air exchanger system upstairs unit and contracted with Love to do the job. The tech team they sent ( Travis and Hunter by name ) were two of the most knowledgable, professional, polite, and hard working people we have ever do work in our home. Because of the age of our house and some house wiring issues the installation was difficult but these two fine young men never stop, solved each and every issue while keeping us completely informed with well practiced customer service. We are completely operational and happy thanks to Travis and Hunter and Love. more

I called Gene Love to request that Brandon come to see why one of the LED light bulbs in a two light ceiling fixture burned out twice within a short period. Brandon could find no definitive reason why this was happening. He tightened all the wires in the fixture and asked that I call again if the problem recurs. Brandon told me that if the problem recurs, it indicates a defective ceiling fixture and it will be necessary to replace the entire fixture. Brandon was his usual pleasant, efficient technician! more

My electrician, Tucker, did a great job for me. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for an electrician. more

The service call went as planned. Tucker discovered that two smoke detectors had gone bad. One was installed by my alarm company and they are coming to replace the defective item. more

What a nice experience I had accompanying Ryan McConnell on an inspection of the plumbing in my house. Ryan's professionalism and knowledge were evident as he checked the sinks, faucets, toilets, hot water heater, etc. He explained what he was looking for and gave me several tips for taking care of all aspects of the plumbing in my house. I would gladly have Ryan return if I notice any problems with the plumbing. more

We didn't have hot water and couldn't get the burners on the stove to work, that makes for a bad night at dinner time with small kids! Tucker showed up and was fantastic from the start. He was very thorough and methodical. We have electrical panels on two different floors and the problem was not in the panel that I thought it was! Tucker was very pleasant and took the time to explain everything as he replaced a broken circuit breaker that was causing our problems. I will recommend Love Electrical, and Tucker, to anyone having electrical issues. more

We had a copper pipe in our house spring a leak and a friend suggested Gene Love Plumbing. After they were contacted, a technician arrived within the hour. Rob Tager is the name of the Gene Love employee who came out to the house. He was very professional and fixed everything in short order. He even left our kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived. I would strongly recommend this company. more

I wanted you to know that Scott and Carl did an excellent job with getting my air back on. They went way and beyond. I just bought a new unit from y'all in Feb 2017 and when I went to turn my air on because it hot outside only heat was coming out. I was frustrated because it had only been 2mths with this new unit. Well Scott came out late afternoon saw I need new coils and he told me he was not leaving until it was fixed. He ended up calling Carl to come help him. To find out when the unit was put in it was not connected right. They connected a blue wire instead of the orange wire for this type of unit. Also Scott had to leave to get me new coils to put in. Well Scott and Carl stayed there until 1am until it was fixed. They weren't going to leave without me having air because they knew how frustrated I was because this was a new unit and this should of not happened. The guys that installed it need to maybe know which wire goes with what unit. So Scott and Carl were determined to get it right and they did. Excellent employees. I would recommend them to anyone. Very Polite and will do anything for the customer to make sure they are happy. I hope they will be with your company for many years to come. more

As a client with a service partner plan for electricity, I just experienced the first electrical check of my house. Brandon McCaskill checked to be sure that all outlets and switches were operating properly, discussed and made a written report giving recommendations for upgrading some electric components in the future, solved an off-and-on problem of a circuit which tripped in rainy weather, and advised me on the type of light bulbs I should use in lamps and ceiling lights. I now know that the electrical status of my home is safe and is functioning properly. I enjoy having Mr. McCaskill work at my house. He is knowledgeable, works steadily, and even sings little snatches of songs as he works! more
