Great Job! 11/4/2016

I called Gene Love Plumbing for a water leak that I had at my residence. My initial contact with the company (receptionist) was great and paved the way for the remainder of my experience. The technician arrived early and immediately began to find the source of the problem. He gave me a thorough explanation of everything that was wrong and what was needed to correct it. He did an awesome job taking care of the problem and he also cleaned up nicely after he completed the job. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family. more

Not just repaired, improved! 8/1/2016

Charlie came to repair a cast iron pipe that had fallen and replace it with PVC. He rerouted the PVC, added a trap that was missing, added a vent and made the whole setup very much less prone to future problems. He didn't just fix the problem he greatly improved everything. You don't get that kind of service except from the best. I vote for GENE LOVE anytime. Thanks Charlie. I rate this a 5. more

Plumbing - Charles Oswald 7/29/2016

Two days ago during a visit to repair a water turn-off problem, Charles discovered that the water pressure to my house was considerably higher than standards require. Today he installed a water pressure regulator and set the psi at the proper level. He was prompt in arriving at the scheduled time, explained what he would be doing, and worked to completion of the installation. He was professional and polite. I will welcome Charles back to my house if further water problems occur. more

Plumbing - Charles 7/27/2016

Charles knew exactly what to do with my problem of not being able to completely shut off the water from the bathtub faucet. He explained 2 ways to solve the problem and worked steadily doing the work the way I chose. He was also able to answer questions that were raised about other plumbing issues. He will be returning tomorrow to install a pressure regulation valve. more

My problem with non-functioning outlets was solved very quickly. Brandon taught me how to check for breakers that had tripped and how to correct the outage. I highly recommend having Brandon make electrical repairs. more

Excellent work 6/18/2016

Ryan M is one of the most professional yet friendly and knowledgable professionals ! He unclogged a tub in my 90 year old aunt's house that had been quite an issue. Afterwards he rebuilt the insides of 2 ancient toilets that were original to her 60 year old home. Ryan did a thorough job and clean up. I would call him back any time! Toilette replacement 5/9/2016

I contacted Gene Love Plumbing to discuss toilette replacement options. We scheduled a time for a service technician to come out and the technician, Jacob Harding, arrived right on time. I explained the problem (poor flushing) and he explained why it was a problem and we discussed several options. Finally, I decided to have several toilettes replaced with high quality Koehler models. I was prepared to wait several weeks to get it done, but Jacob said he could replace them that day. I was surprised and very happy to get it done right away. Jacob did a great job and I am very happy with the installation and functionality of the new toilettes. I will definitely call Gene Love for any future plumbing, air, or electric service needs. more

Technician Great, Company Not 5/4/2016

Technician was friendly and respectful of me and my house. Took care of business without wasting time. Company itself was not responsive. Took four days of sitting at home before they kept an appointment; Definitely not respectful of my time. And I am one of their premium customers. Would hate to see what the average customer has to go through. more

Gene Love Plumbing, Air, Electrical 1/26/2016

On Wednesday, January 10, 2016 Brandon McCaskill completed some electrical work at my house. I'm very pleased with my new front porch light, new backyard flood light, new vanity light, and repaired kitchen light. Brandon was an excellent worker.....pleasant, knowledgeable, hard working. He was one of the best workers If not the best) I've had in the 29 years I've lived in this house. more

Jeff did a fantastic thorough job despite the poor house plumbing he had to work with. He had good counsel about insulation for the pipes and how to make things work better using what we had and changing what we could. more

Air conditioning maintenance 8/26/2015

This was Gene Love's first trip to my home to do regular air conditioner maintenance.we have three units. Corey was the technician he was very polite. He was respectful of our home. He did a thorough job and explained everything he did. He found one unit not draining condensation and why. Before making correction he showed me problem and shoes what had to be done. He asked if he could. I was very pleased with all work and will recommend Gene Love to others. Bob more

Charles Oswald quickly assessed our problem and found the leak in a very tight area. In spite of the difficult work area, he made the repair in a very timely manner. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job for us. We were pleased with the quick response and the way our plumbing problem was handled. more

Loved the service at Love 6/23/2015

Just a quick shout out to the fine folks at Gene Love Plumbing and Electrical. On Feb 20 we needed an electrician fast as our new hardwood floor install revealed problems. Brandon was there in a snap and did a thorough job making sure we were covered without unnecessary expense. Later on June 23 we had a breaker panel issue so I called and asked for Brandon by name. Again, fast and friendly service and he explained everything that needed work (and stuff that could wait). I really respect the attention, professionalism, and friendly demeanor Brandon showed. HVAC Technician Eric Bondurant 7/28/2013

Eric Bondurant serviced my unit on Saturday, July 27, 2013 and was friendly and courteous as he did so. Even though it was fairly late in the day, he was alert and attentive to what I had to say regarding the problems I was experiencing. He was honest and upfront about the pricing and gave me his honest opinion about questions that I asked. When he expained the company's service plan to me, I could tell that he is proud of the company that he works for and because of that, I trust him and Gene Love and would and will advise others to contact this company. more
