Prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, excellent customer service. Upon arrival the technician identified himself, handed me his business card and extended his hand in greeting, put on shoe coverings and asked if there were any rooms he should not enter and asked if I had any particular electrical problems of concern. He then proceeded to inspect the electrical boxes, other outlets throughout the home and basement. He offered suggestions such as the addition of a surge box to protect electrical appliances in the event of a lightning strike. Appreciate his attention to detail in inspecting wiring. He took the time to explain how the electricity comes into the house through the fuse box and travels to the other circuits. Mr. Ferrari is an excellent representative of the quality and service Gene Love Plumbing and Electrical Service provides to its customers; and is exactly, what their customers have come to expect, appreciate and depend on.
