I called Gene Love to request that Brandon come to see why one of the LED light bulbs in a two light ceiling fixture burned out twice within a short period. Brandon could find no definitive reason why this was happening. He tightened all the wires in the fixture and asked that I call again if the problem recurs. Brandon told me that if the problem recurs, it indicates a defective ceiling fixture and it will be necessary to replace the entire fixture. Brandon was his usual pleasant, efficient technician!
