My previous dentist was overbooked to the point that patients were rushed through a visit and not given proper care and attention. Consulting was not done appropriately, resulting in less than desired results. From my first interaction on the phone with Livonia Dental Care, I felt as though I had been a patient for years! Each visit I was treated with care, warmth, and the utmost attention by all staff members. If I had to guess what LDC's mission was, I would say it was to be the most trusted dental care provider for life...The intention of each and every action is clear...and that is to treat the patient with respect and care, all while providing the most suitable dental services. My experience was the best ever. I loved the excellent customer service by the staff, especially the dental assistant who did my cleaning. She was very helpful and attentative to my needs. She asked questions and answered all of mine. She was great and the Doctor was too. The doctor actually can in and have a conversation with me before performing any work on my teeth. My experience with the front staff was great as well. They gave me a birthday care since my birthday was coming soon and they were very polite and helpful. I recommended my mom and other siblings to the dental office because of this great service! more

My previous dental experience was a far cry from the experience I had at Livonia Dental Care. My experience was very good. The doctor explained all my options to me clearly and helped me with my decision for what made most sense for me. I'm 100% satisfied with the outcome. During my visits the doctor was concerned with how I was doing and wanted to know if at anytime I was experiencing any pain. And lucky for me everything went fine. Dr. Jay and his staff works wonders. Always concerned with how I was doing, including supplying me with Dr. Jay's cell phone number and encouraged me to use it if I was having any issues after leaving the office. I wasn't happy with my previous dentist. During one visit, the dentist left before my exam saying that he had to go see him mother. I felt that my teeth cleaning was only half of the visit and the dentist needed to stay to complete him half of the exam. I feel like Dr. Jay and Dr. Ro both take an interest in me as their patient. They come in, greet me, shake my hand, ask how I'm doing, and perform a very thorough exam of my mouth, gums, tongue, and teeth. The staff is warm and friendly. They call to remind me of my appointments, there are plenty of email reminders, and the staff genuinely appreciates me as their patient. I don't feel like I'm a customer! Livonia Dental Care takes the time to find out each patient's individual needs. Thank you Livonia Dental Care for all of your wonderful work on all of my dental needs! more

As an individual who is extremely terrified of the dentist, I'm pleased to say I'm coming back. I've finally found a place that makes me feel comfortable in returning to do treatment. It's one of the few dental offices that make you feel that you are a real person and not just a number. The environment is very inviting and calming. Dr. Ro was very nice. He explained what is going on in my mouth and how we should proceed in terms that I understood. From the initial walk in the door and being greeted by name by the front office staff is great customer service. Jennifer, our hygienist, was wonderful knowing my fear of a dental office she worked well to put me at ease. Jennifer was wonderful with my daughter. She took the time to explain what she would be doing even down to showing examples. Fantastic staff, Great experience, Very pleased with the office! more

Lets face it...no one really wants to got to a dentist. But when I know that it's my appointment time, I have no FEAR. Dr. Jay and his staff are friendly, caring and extremely professional. His knowledge of dentistry far passes any dentist that I know or have heard about. Whether you need an annual cleaning, crowns, root canal or teeth whitening...they do it all! I want and expect the best and I can think of no other dental facility to go to. more

Office was beautiful and high tech and I loved the dental hygienist. I had an open margin after a crown was placed by Dr. Jay and he basically would not would not acknowledge it when I complained. A band aid fix was tried (a sealer) and I suffered with pain and inability to use the left side of my mouth for about three months. After the open margin could no longer be ignored, a solution of a filling was offered by Dr. Jay. After shelling out hundreds of dollars for a proper fitting crown, I sought a second opinion and was informed that the only proper care in this situation was to replace the crown. One plus, the office promptly refunded my money when I verbalized all of my ""unhapiness"". more

The staff at Livonia Dental Care make you feel comfortable about coming to the dentist. I was very unhappy with my smile and needed to do something about it. I went into Dr. Jay and got vaneers. Now my smile is bright and new. The whole experience was great and the front staff were very nice and knowledgable. They are always so helpful and there are fresh cookies in the waiting room! My family and I have been treated by all of the doctors at Livonia Dental. All of them are knowledgeable, professional and caring. They go the extra mile to make sure that you understand the procedures and are extremely patient and gentle. \r \r They treat us like family and the kids aren't afraid of going to the dentist anymore thanks to thie great office! more

I recently had Zoom whitening done! It is amazing. I've always felt self-conscious about my yellow teeth. Best investment I ever made and I got to watch a movie while it was being done :) yay Livonia Dental Care! more

Wow first of all I have to say, what a great looking staff. Everyone knows me by name, and makes me feel comfortable everytime I come in. My teeth look great and I have never been more confident with my smile. I had Invisalign done and after I got Zoom whitening so that my smile would be perfect before my wedding. Highly recommend this office. more

I am writing to let you know what a wonderful office it is. I have had a wisdom tooth extraction and root canal this month and both, very surprisingly, have been painless and far less stressful than any previous experiences I have had. I commend all your staff at this office. They are not only wonderful at their craft but know how to kindly deal with their patients as people as well. Dr. Nitzkin was great to my entire family. His staff was extremely friendly, and I felt like I could trust him. \r Since we were new to the area and from another state, I was extremely hesitant to start going to another office. My wife called a few offices and said that she thought Livonia Dental Care would be a good fit for us. She was right! They took great care of us and accept our insurance.
