As an individual who is extremely terrified of the dentist, I'm pleased to say I'm coming back. I've finally found a place that makes me feel comfortable in returning to do treatment. It's one of the few dental offices that make you feel that you are a real person and not just a number. The environment is very inviting and calming. Dr. Ro was very nice. He explained what is going on in my mouth and how we should proceed in terms that I understood. From the initial walk in the door and being greeted by name by the front office staff is great customer service. Jennifer, our hygienist, was wonderful knowing my fear of a dental office she worked well to put me at ease. Jennifer was wonderful with my daughter. She took the time to explain what she would be doing even down to showing examples. Fantastic staff, Great experience, Very pleased with the office!
