Office was beautiful and high tech and I loved the dental hygienist. I had an open margin after a crown was placed by Dr. Jay and he basically would not would not acknowledge it when I complained. A band aid fix was tried (a sealer) and I suffered with pain and inability to use the left side of my mouth for about three months. After the open margin could no longer be ignored, a solution of a filling was offered by Dr. Jay. After shelling out hundreds of dollars for a proper fitting crown, I sought a second opinion and was informed that the only proper care in this situation was to replace the crown. One plus, the office promptly refunded my money when I verbalized all of my ""unhapiness"".
