I wasn't happy with my previous dentist. During one visit, the dentist left before my exam saying that he had to go see him mother. I felt that my teeth cleaning was only half of the visit and the dentist needed to stay to complete him half of the exam. I feel like Dr. Jay and Dr. Ro both take an interest in me as their patient. They come in, greet me, shake my hand, ask how I'm doing, and perform a very thorough exam of my mouth, gums, tongue, and teeth. The staff is warm and friendly. They call to remind me of my appointments, there are plenty of email reminders, and the staff genuinely appreciates me as their patient. I don't feel like I'm a customer! Livonia Dental Care takes the time to find out each patient's individual needs. Thank you Livonia Dental Care for all of your wonderful work on all of my dental needs!
