I took my 2012 Prius to Lia Toyota for the 30 month service. As always, it was an excellent experience. My service advisor was Whitney Dufkin. She suggested that because there were only 10,700 miles on the car, and I have been keeping up with the maintenance schedule, the car didn't need further maintenance at this time. But, she facilitated a courtesy multi-point inspection anyway, asked the mechanics to check out a brake noise that concerned me, and had the car washed. After I waited for a short time in Lia's comfortable waiting area (there's coffee and donuts too!) Whitney returned to explain the inspection results and the probable reason for the brake noise. All of that was completed at no charge! Whitney was a pleasure to work with. She is a good listener and communicator, very conscientious, and courteous. In addition she taught me something I did not know about my car and that was much appreciated. Thank you Whitney Dufkin and Lia Toyota! :)\r
