Review content:
My husband and I went into Lia Toyota about a month before we leased our car and met with Tom Pottenburgh. He was extremely helpful then and when we decided to go in to look at a car in May, we gave him a call and he was just as helpful. Tom set me up to test drive a Camry. He was not at all pushy, in fact was surprised when I said that I wanted to start the paperwork right then and there. He knew that I didn't want to be pushed and he thought I was just going to go home to talk to my husband about it. Tom stayed late that night in order to make sure I was able to ride out of there THAT NIGHT with my brand new car, cancelling an appointment previously made. Tom went completely out of his way to make sure I was happy with my new car. Before my husband and I drove away, he even brought us over to the Service Department to show me where I would be bringing my car for it's oil changes and service. It's a beautiful car and Lia Toyota was awesome to deal with. When you go in, ask for Tom. You will be very happy!\r
